Louise came to TotalWorks rather serendipitously. After years in engineering where she learned all there is to know about the hardware of a computer, she moved to technical sales where she realized that exceptional client service is essential to a company’s success. Louise brings those experiences with her to the software and data management side of computing.
Her manufacturing and technical backgrounds make her a great fit for our team of professional problem solvers. She possesses a natural passion for details that enables her to capture and communicate our clients’ needs as they search for publishing automation tools and complex solutions like content management systems.
Louise holds an Engineering Degree from Alfred University, earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and has recently completed course work at DePaul University where she earned her certification as a Business Architect.
Louise is a member of the BMA – Business Marketing Association and CADM – Chicago Association
of Direct Marketing.
