Vice President of Operations
When Cathy joined us as a photo unit operator she thought it was going to be a summer job during college. More than 27 years later, Cathy is still enjoying that summer job. Throughout her two decades, she has worked in traditional page production and information technology. Most notably, Cathy helped bridge the gap between those disciplines with her expertise in database publishing.
In 2005, she accepted the position of vice president of operations. Her experience includes working extensively with project management, prepress operation, workflow consultation, data analysis and digital asset management. Cathy’s all about being practical; finding what works and stripping away the extras to achieve a result that makes good business sense.
Her talent for keeping things simple, logical and efficient has helped Cathy to become a production workflow expert. At TotalWorks, we benefit from her practical approach to getting work done.
Cathy’s focus on achieving our clients’ goals on time and within budget makes her the voice of efficiency and our champion for exceptional client service.
Cathy attended Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa and continues to enhance her education through regular attendance at classes and business seminars relating to management, production, and the publishing and printing industry as a whole. Professionally, Cathy is an active member of several industry groups promoting thought leadership and innovation in the areas of Digital Asset Management, PreMedia Workflows and Software as a Service.
