Carol Gronlund
Vice President of Finance and Human Resources

Carol Gronlund has been involved in general management, finance and human resources for more than 12 years. In 1999, she joined TotalWorks and is currently responsible for financial and human resource management as well as client and vendor contract negotiations.

Prior to joining TotalWorks, Gronlund worked in the hospitality industry and as a residential and commercial property multi-unit general manager. During this time, she specialized in process review and improvement of training, inventory control, purchasing, and management reporting.

Gronlund is a graduate of Augustana College and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Liautaud Graduate School of Business. She is a member of the LGSB Collegiate Entrepreneurs Association and NAWMBA (National Association of Women MBAs). She is also a member of IPA (The Association of Graphic Solutions Providers), PII (The Printing Industry of Illinois), and PIA/GATF (Printing Industries of America/Graphic Arts Technical Foundation).
