Cathy Jackson
Vice President of Operations

Over 25 years ago, Cathy Jackson started at TotalWorks as a photo unit operator. She has since worked in the information technology department and in production as a page make-up operator.
In 2005, she accepted the position of Vice President of Operations. Jackson is responsible for a
production staff that includes full-time page make-up operators, quality control personnel, customer service and freelance employees.

Her experience includes working extensively with project management, prepress operation, data analysis and digital asset management. At TotalWorks, Jackson's professionalism and client focus throughout the production cycle has furthered the development of client relationships.

Jackson attended Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa where she played both Volleyball and Basketball. She continues to enhance her education through regular attendance at classes and business seminars relating to management, production, and the publishing and printing industry as a whole. Jackson is a member of IPA (The Association of Graphic Solutions Providers) and PII (The Printing Industry of Illinois).
