complete client assignments. In most cases, optimized PDFs are provided as final
output, unless otherwise specified by client.

Yes. Many clients are drawing on databases built to power delivery of content to their website for catalog production purposes. In most cases, we are able to convert client
web data into format for print work flow to enable desktop operators to build pages
quickly and effectively.

How much productivity gain can I expect in automating my catalog production process?

This depends on several factors including the current design and layout of your catalog pages and the accessibility of data and content your production team uses to build pages. In instances where new catalog pages are being built based on pick-up from previous catalog versions and where a limited number of page styles are being utilized, the gain
can be very significant—75% or more.

We provide third-party, pre-media production solutions and client-specific programming to support in-house publishing systems development, not a software program. The unique, personalized TotalWorks solution for you is determined by an initial meeting with your company to assess your needs and expectations.

How much does it cost?

Your pre-media production solutions cost will depend on the selected service. Our page production fee schedule reflects the size and complexity of the job. We also work on an annual retainer basis. Publishing system solutions cost will vary based on size and scope
of the project involved.
