Louise Pauly
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

With nearly 25 years of sales experience, Louise Pauly recently joined TotalWorks as vice president
of sales and marketing. In her position, she effectively manages and executes all marketing and
sales initiatives.

Pauly comes to TotalWorks from GE, where as sales manager she delivered increased revenue and enhanced business practices, including the integration of client-centric sales. Pauly was previously employed as the vice president of sales and marketing for Advanced Ceramics Corporation. There, her leadership garnered growth of diversified technical product lines and improved application success rates by incorporating the ideas of the client from product inception to completion. Pauly has spent two decades in senior sales positions, consistently increasing revenue and incorporating a client-focused culture to sales plans and project execution.

Pauly earned a BS in Engineering from Alfred University, Alfred, New York, and went on to receive her Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She is a member of IPA (The Association of Graphic Solutions Providers), PII (The Printing Industry of Illinois), BMA (Business Marketing Association) and CADM (Chicago Association of Direct Marketing).
